The large chain companies were insured, bonded, and registered, but their employees turned over so quickly that it was often hard for customers to establish a relationship with their cleaners. On the other hand, many independent house cleaners lacked insurance and professionalism. Blue Spruce is a professional cleaning company—registered, bonded and insured—where the owner (formerly two partners) personally performs all the work.
