Spring Cleaning ideas

Well, spring is finally here–officially. Reality is sure to follow. Here are some tasks that are often put off but make a good spring cleaning project:

1. Since you’re going to be changing the guard in terms of boots, gloves and hats, coats, etc. why not take the time to clean up those areas by the doors that have taken in the grime all season–entry floors, door mats, door windows? 

2. Spring is a good time to clean all the windows of course, just the insides or inside and out. You can do it the old-fashioned way with newspaper and vinegar in water. 

3. Try spot cleaning the carpet and upholstery after the wear and tear of winter.

Sprucing up the house or apartment is a good way to welcome spring!
