I prefer checks but I also take Venmo and credit cards with a small charge to cover the fees. I also take cash, though least prefer it.
Absolutely. For routine cleaning I use all eco-friendly products. For clients who are comfortable with it, I do use some commercial grade products for hard-to-clean situations.
Being insured, reputable, and providing clients with references they can talk to, most clients are comfortable giving me a key or a code or leaving a key if they are away during the day. I can accommodate whatever arrangement works for you.
I love animals. Pets need to kept in a separate room or crate only if they are upset by having a stranger around or are so friendly and curious they always want to be where the action is, especially when I’m mopping.

It varies but most homes can be maintained well with cleaning every two weeks. An every four week cleaning can also work well though of course it will show more need for cleaning toward the backend than a home with more frequent cleaning.
