Spring Cleaning Tips

It’s still spring for a few more days. Here are some ideas for getting your home clean from the winter buildup.

1. Windows: newspaper is great for wiping because it contains silica that polishes the glass.
2. Tops of and behind books.
3. Radiators: splurge and get a radiator brush for those tight spaces—available at your hardware store or Home Depot.
4. Dusting surfaces: ceiling fans, tops of kitchen cabinets, spider webs in corners throughout the house.
5. Dusting low: baseboards, vent covers, behind toilet, under beds.
6. Spot clean carpets.
7. Wipe out fridge.
